Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Bravo. If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know:

1. Return Window

·         Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

    Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in its original condition.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

    Customized or personalized products

    Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

    Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

    Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Fees

    Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective or a wrong item was sent).

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are allowed for the same product in case of damage or wrong item delivered. Email us or send us a message on our Instagram/ Facebook with a photo and order number.
